This page explains the information involved when you explore this website or contact the Betty Rocket team.
When you contact us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, project type, and a description of what you would like to improve. You can also share your website.
We use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work. Please keep your initial message general and leave out passwords, customer records, and confidential operational information.
If you arrive through a campaign or another website, the inquiry may also include limited context about how you reached us: approved campaign labels, an advertising click identifier, the first page visited, and the referring page without its query details. We use that context to understand which outreach led to a conversation. It is cleaned and length-limited before submission.
How an inquiry reaches us
On the live website, Cloudflare Turnstile performs an automated security check before the form uses our contact workflow to pass your inquiry to the Betty Rocket team. Cloudflare may process an IP address, browser information, and security signals needed to distinguish people from abusive automated traffic. We use this check only to protect the form from spam.
The services involved in hosting the site, running the contact workflow, delivering email, and protecting the form may process information needed to provide those services. You can also contact us directly at hello@bettyrocket.co.
When you book a call
If you choose a hosted booking link, you leave bettyrocket.co and use Cal.com to select an available time. Cal.com handles the contact details, scheduling information, and any short answers you enter there under its own privacy practices.
We use those booking details to prepare for and hold the conversation. The website guide does not send your answers to Cal.com, and BettyRocket does not add a Cal.com embed or scheduling script to this site. If you have allowed measurement, we count an outbound click to the approved Cal.com booking page as a secondary event. That event does not tell us that you completed a booking.
Guided discovery
The website guide uses three multiple-choice answers to suggest one website conversation starting point in your browser. It does not ask for a website address, send your answers to Betty Rocket or an outside service, or pass them to the contact form.
Your answers and current question are saved in this tab’s browser session so you can refresh and continue. They are not a cross-device profile. Use Start over in the guide to clear your answers. If browser session storage is unavailable, the guide still works, but refreshing will clear your progress.
Demonstrations and local previews
The workflow examples use synthetic information. Their controls run in your browser and do not send messages, process payments, update customer records, or save your activity. A contact form marked as a local preview validates your entries in the browser without sending or saving them.
Analytics and advertising measurement
On the live website, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. We use Basic Consent Mode: Google Tag Manager and the Google measurement tags do not load before you allow them. If you keep analytics off, the site stores that choice in your browser and does not load those tags.
If you allow measurement, Google may receive information such as the page visited, referring page, browser and device details, approximate location, generated identifiers, and advertising click identifiers. We use this information to understand visits and whether advertising leads to useful conversations.
A confirmed inquiry can create a conversion event, but the event contains no name, email address, business name, website, inquiry text, project selection, or discovery answers. Clicking the approved Cal.com link can create a separate secondary event. We do not enable Enhanced Conversions or send contact details to Google for advertising measurement.
You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer to change your decision. Revoking consent updates the Google consent signals on the current page and prevents the container from loading on later pages unless you allow it again. Google handles information it receives under its own privacy terms.
Website technology
Campaign context is kept in this tab’s session storage so it can accompany an inquiry if you choose to send one; it is not sent anywhere merely because you visit a page. Your analytics choice is kept separately in your browser. Fonts and site assets are hosted with the website. Hosting services may maintain standard request and security logs, which can include an IP address, browser information, and the page requested.
